Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our workshop in Valencia, Spain, using traditional techniques and a commitment to artisanal quality.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We primarily work with high-quality 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plating. Our gemstones are carefully selected for their unique shapes and natural characteristics.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our pieces are made to order to avoid overproduction, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your item is shipped via express courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

To maintain the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store them in a dry place, preferably in the provided Simuero pouch.
