At Simuero, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted jewelry, but if your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and certificates included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Simuero box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
